Meredith Silva is a practicing attorney based out of Nashville, Tennessee, focusing her practice in conservatorships, estate planning, elder and special needs law and probate matters. She is licensed to practice law both in the State of Tennessee and Florida. She serves clients in Middle Tennessee.
With over fifteen years of experience, Meredith began her career in Florida, as a criminal defense attorney. Meredith zealously defends and advocates for those charged with a crime.
After providing elder law legal advice and emotional support for family dealing with an elder law crisis, Meredith's focus on helping people in difficult times naturally grew to include elder and special needs law. With compassion and experience, she helps families with loved ones who are too disabled to care for themselves through her Conservatorship practice. She advises on matters such as elder law, Medicaid planning, estate planning and probate matters. She develops and designs comprehensive estate plans to suit your needs and drafts customized wills, powers of attorney, advance directives, living trusts, medicaid asset protection trusts and other estate planning documents.
