Meredith uses her twenty years of courtroom experience, thorough preparation, and tenacity to reach your desired result. Some attorneys may advocate for you in court but they do little legal research behind the scenes on your case to help you. Meredith Silva extensively researches the legal issues in each case and has personally tried hundreds of cases.

Meredith Silva is a practicing attorney based out of Nashville, Tennessee, focusing her practice on elder law, estate planning, special needs law and probate matters. She is licensed to practice law both in the State of Tennessee and Florida.
Meredith graduated cum laude from the Univerity of Florida Levin College of law within the top 20 percent of her class. With over twenty years of experience, Meredith began her career in Florida, as an Assistant Public Defender, zealously defending and advocating for those charged with a crime.
After providing elder law legal advice and emotional support for family dealing with an elder law crisis, Meredith's focus on helping people in difficult times naturally grew to include elder law, probate, special needs law and estate planning.
With compassion and experience, Meredith helps families with loved ones who are too disabled to care for themselves through her Conservatorship practice. She helps families through the complicated process of probate during a time of loss. She advises on matters such as Medicaid planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills. And Meredith also helps families preserve and grow their legacies with estate plans catered to their individual needs and desires.
